Morocco pre Icann conference : Egeni 2006

A very interesting conference took place in Morocco last week, coorganized by French Isoc. This conference shows how much important European integration is, but also the difficulties Magrheb and France have to integrated a mainly Anglo Saxon universe (for exemple the official Morocco Egeni event page (http://www.egeni.org/en/index.php?ID=1012345) was only avalaible in French, which is not very serious for what is supposed to be an international event).

I discuss it with some of the organizers who told me that there were only French speaking attending this conference, as we know that Maghreb being a French territory and Mashrek an English one.
