Hello Christian,
I had not sent you a fillip since the one on "Capitalism, the Media and the stonebreaker", which did not meet with your approval.
But I cannot ignore the article Eric Schmidt, Google’s CEO, published today on the Comment page of the Financial Times about privacy.
To understand the real stakes behind Google’s campaign to have Europe legalise its profiling of individual users, please refer to two recent fillips of mine : "Privacy depends on Industry" at : http://www.eprivacy.com/blogging/en... and "Munich on Privacy ?" at : http://www.eprivacy.com/blogging/en...
In order to get maximum exposure for my response, I will write a piece in French, probably in a more reasonable sounding voice, if you are ready to publish it on your different sites. The fact that a significant fraction of your readership is in the administration will make this even more efficient.
Let me know what you think.
